If you have lost access to your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) device and would like to request a 2FA reset or disablement, please contact our onboarding team via email.
To ensure the security of your account, send an email to onboarding.inquiries@bitdelta.com from your registered email address. In your email, provide a detailed explanation of your request and specify that you would like your 2FA to be disabled or reset.
For faster processing, please use "Disable 2FA" as the subject line of your email.
Once your request is received, the onboarding team will review the information provided and contact you with the next steps.
