How can I complete my KYC? – BitDelta Help Center

To complete your KYC, log in to your BitDelta account and click on the profile icon at the top left corner.
From the left-hand menu, select “Identity Verification (KYC)”
Under Identity Verification (KYC), you will find two options
Basic KYC
Advance KYC
Proceed to select the verify button under Basic KYC to start the verification procedure.
In the next window, fill in the required information and click on “Next” to proceed.
Please select the Residential Country/Region and document type
Upload your identity document. You have to upload both sides of the identity document and a selfie.
Click on submit. Once you submit the identity document and selfie, it will be verified
If the information on all submitted documents matches, the KYC will be verified.
You’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS from our end.
In case, at any stage, your KYC is rejected, you’ll also be notified via email/SMS.
